We want every delivery from Villa Limone to feel like the beginning of a vacation.

Shipping

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.95 on orders under $150. Enjoy complimentary standard U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with original tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To arrange a return, please send a note to the Villa with your order reference.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the incorrect item, please contact Villa Limone so we can make it right. Villa Limone covers the appropriate costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. Please contact us to arrange an eligible return under the terms above.
